LEBC are hiring on behalf of RG+P Ltd.

RG+P Ltd are an architectural firm who are looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to provide support in their busy office.

The purpose of this job is to provide support to the administration department to enable them to carry out their duties.

Responsibilities include-

  • Welcoming visitors
  • Answer telephones, screen and transfer calls, take messages
  • Prepare refreshments for meetings
  • Setting up and clearing meeting rooms
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing post
  • Scanning, filing, copying printing and distributing documents
  • Typing, proof reading documents
  • Set up new job numbers
  • Organise meetings and conference calls for staff members
  • Ensure that there are always sufficient levels of stationery and other office supplies and order supplies
  • Notify the Directors, Practice Manager and appropriate Team Leader when a staff member informs you of absence from work
  • Purchase birthday and leaving cards for staff members before the event and circulate for signature
  • Book travel and accommodation for staff
  • Amend and update contact list
  • Review the design emails twice a day and forward to the appropriate staff members
  • Assist with archiving and recalling documents

There are also additional duties which will be given in a Job description upon application.

Qualifications Required-

  • 5 GSCEs including a C in English, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Candidates will have a chance to work towards their NVQ level 2 and 3 in a real working environment, which is a great opportunity to gain experience
