We are looking to recruit a Work Experience Placement Co-ordintaor to join our busy Work Experience Team. Each year we organise over 5,000 placements for students to explore the world of work helping them to make informed decisions about their futures.

The main purpose of the role is to arrange high quality work experience placements for young people. You will need to be an effective communicator, managing relationships with both organisations hosting students on placement, and the schools and colleges who access our service.

The role requires excellent telephone and administration skills, you will be managing high volumes of information on our CRM system daily.

You will represent LEBC at school events to discuss with students the benefits of undertaking work experience. You will promote work experience directly to students via school assemblies so must be confident at speaking to large groups of young people.

Above all else, you must be a confident communicator and committed to helping all students secure appropriate opportunities for them to learn more about the world of work.

We will consider applicants who may wish to work full time, part-time or term time only.

You must have a full driving licence and access to transport insured for business use. This post is subject to a check being carried out at enhanced level by the Disclosure and Barring Service.
