Sandy has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and equalities field within the public sector. Sandy’s CIPD and general management qualifications have provided her with a good foundation to building and adapting her skills and knowledge.

Sandy has been a lead in the development and implementation of strategies and policies to deliver the Trust’s response to the Equality Act 2010, the Human Rights Act 1998, NHS standards and addressing health inequalities for target groups, ensuring fair and accessible services and employment practices.
