Healthcare Science Week Talks

Free talks from professionals in the Healthcare sector are available to your students during Healthcare Science Week: 26th to 30th November 2012.

Talks are available for up to 1 hour to a class of students. You can request 1st, 2nd choices – bookings will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis.

Talks available to Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes Schools and Colleges:

Appropriate for Key Stage 4&5 classes:

  • 30yrs in the NHS from Healthcare Assistant to Nurse Consultant
  • Xposure! X-ray imaging from 1895 to the present day
  • An insight into Specialist Nursing
  • Sounds Amazing: The Physics of Medical Ultrasound Imaging

 

Appropriate for Key Stage 5 classes only:
