Everyone has talent, sometimes it is not always evident from classroom activity. What national research has shown is that vulnerable young people have a much better chance of securing a job if they have access to 4 employer interventions before the age of 16.
We understand that young people from challenging and disadvantaged backgrounds require additional support at school/college to reach their full potential.
We can provide targeted work experience, careers guidance and events to help young people to develop their talent so that they grow in confidence and start to believe that they can work and achieve in their lives.
The benefits to young people
Our qualified Careers Advisers use effective coaching skills to help young people to acquire confidence and self-belief, through tried and tested methods.
We have an extensive bank of work experience opportunities so that young people can be placed in a sector which they are interested in. This opportunity may help them to see the importance of basic skills which are so necessary in the workplace.
