About Apprenticeships

Offering an apprenticeship is a great way to raise your company’s profile and bring valuable skills into your business.

We can introduce you to talented young people (aged 16-18) who have been upskilled by LEBC’s services and are looking for an apprenticeship.

What is an apprenticeship?

An apprentice is paid to work for an employer whilst studying for a qualification relevant to their role.

  • The apprentice will earn a wage working alongside experienced staff and gaining job-specific skills
  • At least 20% of their contracted hours will be spent studying with a local training provider, chosen by the employer
  • Depending on the level of qualification the apprenticeship can take 1 to five years to complete

To save you time and money with the apprentice recruitment process, we can:

  • Help create job adverts to attract the perfect candidates
  • Set up meaningful encounters with a handpicked shortlist
  • Support your search for a suitable training partner

However you want to support us, we’re open to new partnership ideas and would love to hear from you.
